在航空、交通、农业、能源等许多国民经济领域都迫切要求一种有效的,准确的手段来测量微粒(几μm~1000μm)的尺寸及其分布。目前最有效的方法就是激光衍射法。现在已研制出整机——激光粒度仪。如 Marlvern 公司的产品,及复旦大学研制的激光粒度仪。由于激光粒度仪对环境状况要求较高,而且每台激光粒度仪的状态都有较大差别,据有关文章报道,不同粒度仪对同一样品的测量结果,可有10%的误差,而且仪器的调整对测量结果也有很大影响,因此,每次实际测量之前,都需用已知尺寸分布的标准粒子板进行校验,以保证测量结果与实际值尽可能一致。美国的 Hirleman 教授及英国的 Marlvern 公司已制成这种粒子板。他们是用计算机控制画出 In many fields of national economy, such as aviation, transportation, agriculture and energy, there is an urgent need for an effective and accurate measure of the size and distribution of particles (several μm to 1000 μm).
