目的了解医院治疗糖尿病药物的应用特点及发展趋势。方法对医院2006-2008年应用抗糖尿病药物的主要品种、用量、金额、用药频度等进行统计、比较和分析。结果治疗糖尿病药物消耗金额3年度逐年增长;胰岛素增敏药与胰岛素分别位于前两位;销售金额前10位药品中,合资药占主导地位。结论医院糖尿病患者治疗用药较为合理,各种生物合成人胰岛素和新型口服糖尿病药物的用量在不断增长。
Objective To understand the characteristics and trends of the application of diabetes medicine in hospitals. Methods The main types of antidiabetic drugs used in the hospital from 2006 to 2008, dosage, amount, frequency of medication were statistically compared, compared and analyzed. Results The consumption of diabetes drugs increased year by year in three years; insulin sensitizers and insulin were in the first two places respectively; among the top 10 drugs in sales volume, the joint venture drugs dominates. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic patients in the hospital is reasonable, and the dosage of various biosynthetic human insulin and new oral diabetes drugs is increasing.
