This paper analyzes the employment of music teachers in primary and secondary schools as well as the types of music lessons in primary and secondary schools, with some brief understandings. With the expansion of enrollments over the years, more and more teachers and students who graduated from music conservatories in colleges and universities have stepped out of school to seek employment opportunities. However, the demand for music teachers in primary and secondary schools is far less than the number of music majors provided by colleges and universities . This is the first crisis in this article: the gap between supply and demand. The second crisis is mainly analyzed from the general settings of primary and secondary music lessons and teaching methods. Concluded that primary and secondary music teachers are not irreplaceable. The purpose of this article is to analyze the status quo and alert myself to the argument that there may not be an overall lack of meticulousness. I hope that the music teachers will give their valuable opinions.
