This article describes a high-temperature logging tool with three Dewar vessels. Previous literature has described only the protection of a portion of a downhole tool, such as a detector in a radioactive logging tool, with a single dewar, without addressing the thermal insulation of the electronics portion. With the improvement of drilling technology, wells drilled more deeply, the well temperature in deep wells reached as high as 260 ℃, while the existing electronic components temperature is about 204 ℃. Logging tools with Dewar cylinders went down well and the heat was gradually introduced into the Duval flask as the temperature around the instrument increased
