由冶金部自动化研究所与首钢共同研制的喷煤单支管计量装置于1986年3月18日在北京通过鉴定。参加鉴定的有国家经委、冶金部、浙江大学、钢铁设计院、北钢院、东北工学院及大钢铁厂的代表共28人。该项目是1982年由国家能委下达给冶金部的综合节能项目,是为配合宝钢喷煤工艺自动化而设立的。经过长期大量试验证明,流量噪音与煤粉质量、流量率之间存在着较稳定的单值线性关系。噪声电容法与一般电容法测气固两相流量不同之点在于无须同时测出浓度和速度两个困难参数,从而大大简化了测量方法和相应的设备。
By the Ministry of Metallurgical Institute of Automation and Shougang jointly developed single-pipe coal injection metering device on March 18, 1986 in Beijing passed the appraisal. There were 28 representatives from State Economic Commission, Ministry of Metallurgy, Zhejiang University, Steel Design Institute, North Steel Institute, Northeast Institute of Technology and the big iron and steel mills. The project is a comprehensive energy-saving project that was entrusted to the Ministry of Metallurgy by the National Energy Commission in 1982 and was set up to coordinate with the automation of Baosteel’s coal injection process. After a large number of long-term tests show that there is a more stable single-value linear relationship between the flow noise and pulverized coal quality and flow rate. The difference between the noise capacitance method and the general capacitance method for measuring the gas-solid two-phase flow rate is that it is not necessary to simultaneously measure two difficult parameters of concentration and velocity, thereby greatly simplifying the measurement method and the corresponding equipment.
