前言目前我国火电厂锅炉用煤,主要以球磨机作为磨煤设备。根据1980年5月的统计,全国火电厂拥有球磨机944台。其磨球材质主要有马铁铸球、锻钢球、中锰球铁铸球、普通铸铁球等。根据工况条件不同,磨制每顿煤粉的耗球量为300克～500克。全国每年耗用磨球达八万吨。为了降低磨球消耗,国外采用材质合金化,以提高磨球的抗磨性能。考虑到我国的资源条件,并根据磨球在磨煤过程中的磨损机
