当今世界已经进入一个“大数据时代”。传统的数据受知识和技术的制约,或是通过一小部分的样本情况来描述与推测总体情况,或是由宏观数据的平均情况来反映微观个体,往往出现主观片面、简单平均等情形,导致能反映现实状况的、真实有效的、但与多数数据或平均情况不符的少数数据被束之高阁。就像科幻电影《少数派报告》中提到的一样,掌握真理的少数那一方如果是正确的,它也仅仅作为一份报告保存在秘密的地方而不是公之于众。而“大数据”的发展
