通过对我校多名英语老师的听课和评课,笔者运用了行动研究法对我们学校的英语课堂的合作学习进行探究,发现很多老师和同学在合作学习中存在了诸多的问题:如分组不科学;合作时机不当;合作规则不明;合作时间不足;合作评价不全。通过对这些问题的分析和研究,我们应该很好地把合作学习策略运用到我们的英语课堂,针对出现的这些问题,我提出如下建议:对学生进行合理分组;要选择适当的合作学习时机;建立完整有序的合作规则;提供充足的合作学习时间;建立全面合理的评价机制。
Through the lectures and class reviews of many English teachers in our school, the author uses the action research method to explore the cooperative learning of English classes in our school and finds that many teachers and students have many problems in cooperative learning: Science; improper timing of cooperation; unknown rules of cooperation; insufficient cooperation time; incomplete cooperation evaluation. Through the analysis and research on these issues, we should apply the cooperative learning strategy to our English class well. In view of these problems, I put forward the following suggestions: the reasonable grouping of students; choosing the appropriate cooperative learning opportunity; Establish a complete and orderly cooperation rules; provide adequate cooperation learning time; establish a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation mechanism.
