胡锦涛同志在深圳经济特区建立30周年庆祝大会上指出,兴办经济特区是党和国家为推进我国改革开放和社会主义现代化的一项重大决策,是中国共产党人和中国人民在探索中国特色社会主义道路上进行的一个伟大创举。邓小平是创办经济特区的主要倡导者、决策者,并且亲手推动了经济特区的发展。没有邓小平,就没有经济特区,就没有今天我国现代化建设的辉煌成就。
Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out at the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone that the establishment of a special economic zone is an important decision made by the party and the state in promoting China’s reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization. It is an important policy for the Chinese Communists and the Chinese people to explore socialism with Chinese characteristics On a great undertaking. Deng Xiaoping was the chief advocate and decision maker for establishing the SEZs and personally promoted the development of SEZs. Without Deng Xiaoping, there will be no special economic zone and there will be no brilliant achievements in the modernization of our country today.
