目前,混相/非混相CO2驱被认为是复杂油藏,特别是难采油藏提高采收率的最有效方法之一,这一技术的应用可使最终采收率提高10%-15%,但是这项技术的应用受到了CO2气源问题、腐蚀、安全和环境的因素的限制。层内自生CO2技术在一定程度上克服了这些制约因素,本文从层内生气机理出发,研制出2种生气体系配方,并通过室内高温高压反应和岩心实验,进行了效果评价,实验结果表明,2种配方具有良好的生气、生热、升压及驱油效果,采收率可提高10%以上。
At present, the mixed / non-mixed CO2 flooding is considered as one of the most effective ways to enhance oil recovery of complex reservoirs, especially difficult-to-oil reservoirs. The application of this technology can increase the ultimate recovery by 10% -15% However, the application of this technology is limited by CO2 gas source issues, corrosion, safety and environmental factors. In-situ CO2 technology overcomes these restrictive factors to a certain extent. Based on the mechanism of gas generation in the layer, this paper developed two kinds of gas generating system and evaluated the effect through indoor HTHP reaction and core experiment. The experimental results show that, 2 kinds of formula has a good angry, heat, pressure and oil displacement effect, recovery rate can be increased by 10%.
