综采工作面的采煤机械化程度、单产量以及功效得到很大提高,然而重生产轻安全的观念是煤矿安全隐患的源头,以综采工作面的人、机和环境因素为安全问题的3个要素,系统分析了这3个因素对煤矿安全造成的深刻影响。结合黑龙江鸡西城子河煤矿和吉林白山富强煤矿出现的两例典型煤矿事故,具体阐述了人-机-环境系统在煤矿安全管理中的应用。提出了煤矿安全管理,不是单一因素的管理,而是系统的目标管理和决策。
