“百年大计、质量第一”自始至终贯穿于整个建安工程,也是业主与承包商合约中不可缺少的经济责任重要条文。工程之始,质量监督就必然发生在施工现场中。我公司在新建、扩建、大修工程实施上,对工程质量的监控作出了一些成绩,其体现在以下几个方面: 1.在发布工程招标议标文件及工程合约中,均具体注明对工程质量要求条款,即:
