1981年3月1～4日,广东省农学会在广州召开了化学除草学术讨论会。省、地、县各地代表在会上作了学术报告,并交流了各地的化学除草情况。代表们反映:近年来,我省化学除草有很大的发展,全省化学除草的面积已从1979年的172万亩增加到1980年的312万亩,增长了80％。全省除草剂用量,1979年为950吨,而1980年达2420吨,增长了两倍多。特别要指出的是,人多地少的汕头地区,化学除草也有很大的发展。1979年全区化学除草为20万亩,而1980年达100万亩,增长了5倍。广州郊
From March 1 to March 4, 1981, Guangdong Agronomy held a chemical weeding symposium in Guangzhou.
