今年夏天,北京遭遇了一场罕见的暴风雨,引发了社会各界对极端天气事件的广泛关注。由于气象灾害在我国各地发生越来越频繁,因此经常发生市民的房屋在暴风雨侵袭后出现毁损、漏水等情况,从而引发部分房东与租户、楼门上下邻里、市政与市民之间的房产损害纠纷。的确,暴风雨过后,老百姓会面临诸多房产损害责任方面的困惑,到底暴风雨引发的房产损害,责任应该由谁来担?我们需要的是拿起法律的武器,正确维护自己的合法权益。
