松江县泗联公社在抓紧粮食的同时,大力发展蘑菇生产。1983年共有83个种菇单位,面积34.66万平方尺,秋菇总产量508278.8斤,产值达623870.46元,平均每平方尺产量1.47斤,产值1.80元,分别比1982年增长6.83%和11.8%。1984年春菇总产量118412.3斤,产值142424.95元,平均每平方尺产量0.34斤,产值4.1元。我们的蘑菇之所以获得高产,是应用了二次发酵新技术。一、把好菌种质量关菌种质量的好坏关系到蘑菇高产和优质,1983年我们选用了较耐高温,结菇能力强、转潮快、质量好,产量高的九一三种。10月下旬~11月初收孢子,11月~3月制母种,4月制原种。制栽培种6
