新修订的《事业单位财务规则》自2012年4月1日起在全国施行。新规则针对现有事业单位财务管理缺陷,在新形势下进一步规范了事业单位所有财务活动,贯彻执行新规则,必将提高我国事业单位财务管理水平。文章简单回顾了事业单位财务制度体系的发展过程,并就如何加强事业单位财务管理给出了建议。
The newly revised “Institutional Financial Rules” from April 1, 2012 onwards throughout the country. The new rules in the light of the deficiencies in the financial management of the existing public institutions and further standardize all financial activities of the public institutions in the new situation and implement the new rules will surely raise the level of financial management in public institutions in our country. The article briefly reviews the development process of institution’s financial system and gives some suggestions on how to strengthen institution’s financial management.
