试验分别以报纸条、聚丙烯绳和谷草把作为产卵底物来研究粘虫的产卵情况 ,试验结果表明 ,粘虫在谷草把和聚丙烯绳上的产卵量均显著高于在报纸条上的产卵量 ,聚丙烯绳与谷草把上的产卵量相当 ,聚丙烯绳可以作为一种新的产卵底物用于粘虫的室内饲养。
The test was conducted on the spawning of Mythimna separata with paper strips, polypropylene ropes and asparagus, respectively. The results showed that the spawning amounts of armyworm on the straw and polypropylene ropes were significantly higher than those in the newspapers The amount of eggs laid on the bar, the amount of spawning on polypropylene ropes and asparagus stems, and the polypropylene rope can be used as a new spawning substrate for indoor feeding of armyworms.
