经过三审,十二届全国人大常委会第二十九次会议于2017年9月1日,以146票赞成、1票弃权的表决结果通过了新修订的中小企业促进法。相比于修改前,新修订的中小企业促进法丰富了不少内容,由7章扩展为10章,由45条增加为61条,比如专设财税支持和融资促进两章,缓解当前中小企业运营成本压力及融资难、融资贵问题;设立权益保护、监督检查等章节,维护中小企业合法权益,保障其公平参与
After the third instance, the 29th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee passed the newly revised SME Promotion Law on September 1, 2017 with a vote of 146 affirmatives and 1 abstention.
