随着市场经济的开放与发展,我国民营企业取得了长足的进步。然而,由于民营企业规模小、制度不健全、人员素质参差不齐等原因,使得民营企业在财务管理方面重视不足,状态不佳,亟待改革。基于此,笔者立足于民营企业,针对其财务管理及其中存在的风险试展开论述,希望有助于我国民营企业的未来发展。
With the opening up and development of the market economy, the private-owned enterprises in our country have made great strides. However, due to the small-scale private-owned enterprises, the imperfect system and the uneven quality of personnel, private-owned enterprises have paid insufficient attention to financial management and are in a poor state and are in urgent need of reform. Based on this, the author based on private enterprises, for its financial management and the risk of the trial to open the discussion, hoping to contribute to the future development of China’s private enterprises.
