王某,女,26岁,某铬盐厂,电工,住院号1983。因口服重铬酸钠约3g后,口腔及腹部烧灼痛,少尿1天入院。患者入院前一天饮入约含3克重铬酸钠的水溶液100ml,约5分钟后,患者即感口腔及腹部烧灼痛,恶心、呕吐,为胃内容物,立即去省某医院急诊科,给口服清水催吐,吐出约4000ml清水及胃内容物,1小时 Wang, female, 26 years old, a chromium salt plant, electrician, hospital number 1983. Due to oral sodium dichromate about 3g, the mouth and abdomen burning pain, oliguria 1 day admission. One day before admission, the patient drank 100 ml of an aqueous solution containing about 3 grams of sodium dichromate. About 5 minutes later, the patient felt burning pain, nausea and vomiting in the mouth and abdomen.
