本文通过辣椒品种“Yatsufusa”的子叶培养,研究了不定芽的形成与一些因素的关系。把带有子叶柄的辣椒子叶培养在附加0.01~1.00mg/l IAA或者NAA的MS培养基上,1~2周内产生愈伤组织及根。愈伤组织在子叶柄横切面上形成,根产生在切面的周边及子叶中脉的位置上。IAA诱导产生的根细长而且侧根少;NAA诱导产生的根粗短,侧根多。随着生长素的浓度从0.01mg/l增至1.00mg/l,产生根的数量也随之增多。但是,在上述只有生长素的培养基上培养辣椒子叶外植体,没有形成不定芽。
In this paper, the cotyledon culture of pepper cultivar “Yatsufusa” was used to study the relationship between adventitious bud formation and some factors. Cotyledons with petiole were cultured in MS medium supplemented with 0.01-1.00 mg / l IAA or NAA to produce callus and roots within 1-2 weeks. Callus is formed on the cross-section of the cotyledonary petiole and the root is produced at the periphery of the section and at the midrib of the cotyledon. IAA-induced roots were slender and had fewer lateral roots. NAA-induced roots were short and had a large number of lateral roots. As auxin concentrations increased from 0.01 mg / l to 1.00 mg / l, the amount of roots produced increased. However, explants of pepper cotyledons were cultured on the above auxin-only medium without forming adventitious buds.
