目的探讨微波联合干扰素α-2b治疗女性生殖器尖锐湿疣临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月治疗的女性生殖器尖锐湿疣患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组接受微波方案治疗,而观察组同时给予干扰素α-2b治疗,比较两组疗效及复发率,计数资料采用χ~2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组总有效率为94.0%高于对照组的66.0%(χ~2=12.250,P<0.05),术后3个月复发率为24.0%低于对照组的50.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.250,P<0.05)。结论女性生殖器尖锐湿疣患者在微波治疗的基础上结合干扰素α-2b治疗,在提高临床疗效的同时预防复发,效果明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microwave combined with interferon α-2b in the treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum. Methods 100 cases of female genital warts treated from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases each. The control group received microwave treatment while the observation group received interferon α-2b The curative effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. The count data were tested byχ ~ 2 test. The difference was statistically significant at P <0.05. Results The total effective rate was 94.0% in the observation group and 66.0% in the control group (χ ~ 2 = 12.250, P <0.05). The recurrence rate at 3 months after operation was 24.0%, which was lower than 50.0% of the control group Significance (χ ~ 2 = 7.250, P <0.05). Conclusion Female Genital Condyloma Acuminatum combined with interferon α-2b treatment on the basis of microwave therapy has the obvious effect in improving clinical efficacy and preventing recurrence.
