自2001年下半年股票市场行情走坏以来,券商又开始过苦日子了。在管理层全力呵护下,行情仍不见丝毫起色,重组便成了可选之路。一段时间里,增资扩股、兼并改组把券商忙得不亦乐乎。然而在热闹的表象之下,必须理性分析我国资本市场和证券行业发展的现实,正确理解重组的目的。
