(一)菏泽修防段锥探工作中施行的包工包做與按件给资荷澤黄河修防段在五二年錐探大堤工作中是按日工給资的,全段平均效率每杆锥每日二百二十眼,今年在開始錐探工作之前即研究按件给资制的问题,研究中雖然在工资單價问题上讨论了很多,却未找出肯定性的辦法,但施行按件给资必然会提高效率節約開支这一定律已经肯定了,所以决定了试办按件给资,以便寻找经验,全面推广。
