11月29日,上海市档案局召开学习贯彻《市委办公厅、市政府办公厅关于深入贯彻实施〈上海市档案条例〉推动档案事业进一步发展的若干意见》(沪委办〔2005〕26号)座谈会,总结交流全市贯彻实施新修订的《上海市档案条例》,按照26号文件精神全面推进档案事业各项建设的工作经验。会议由市档案局副局长仓大放主持,市档案局局长吴辰出席会议并讲话。浦东新区、金山区、闵行区、普陀区、杨浦区档案局和市教委、市建委、上海纺织控股(集团)公司、华东师范大学档案馆等9个单位作了交流发言。他们的发言紧紧围绕26号文件对本市档案事业发展的部署和具体要求,并结合实际反映了各自工作的特色和亮点,对全市各单位进一步深入学习贯彻26号文件,促进档案工作的发展,具有启迪作用。现将部分与会人员的发言摘编如下
On November 29, the Shanghai Archives Bureau held a number of opinions on the study and implementation of “Several Opinions of the General Office of the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on Further Implementing the to Promote the Further Development of the Archives Project” (Shanghai Commission Office [2005] No.26) The symposium concluded the exchange of the implementation of the newly revised “Shanghai Archives Regulations” and carried out all-round work experience in all aspects of archival projects in accordance with the spirit of Document No. 26. The meeting was presided over by the deputy director of the Archives Bureau Cang Dafang, Wu Chen, director of the Municipal Archives attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Pudong New Area, Jinshan District, Minhang District, Putuo District, Yangpu District Archives and Municipal Education Commission, Municipal Construction Committee, Shanghai Textile Holdings (Group) Company, East China Normal University Archives 9 units made an exchange statement. Their speeches closely centered on the deployment and specific requirements of Document 26 on the development of archives in this Municipality and reflected the features and bright spots of their respective work in light of the actual conditions.
