由西南技术物理所研究成功的无核心无位错(简称“双无”)Nd:YAG 激光晶体,于82年4月通过了兵器工业部组织的鉴定(见本刊1982年第三期封底报导)。1982年,国营光明器材厂与西南技术物理所签定了“双无”Nd:YAG 激光晶体生长技术转让合同。合同规定由西南技术物理所负责在光明器材厂一台单晶炉上进行试生产,在连续6~8炉考核生产中生长出的“双无”Nd:YAG 晶锭合格率为50%。经双方共同努力,于83年5月底提前两个月全面完成了技术转让合同。在5月份连续8炉的考核实验中就生长出了8支晶锭,经检测其中6支为合格的“双无”晶锭,合格率为75%。用其中7支晶锭加工出了48支激光棒。激光
The coreless, dislocation-free Nd: YAG laser crystal, successfully researched by the Southwest Institute of Technical Physics, was approved by the Ministry of Ordnance Industry in April 82 (see our cover story, Third Edition, 1982) ). In 1982, the State Light Equipment Factory and the Southwest Institute of Technical Physics signed a “double no” Nd: YAG laser crystal growth technology transfer contract. The contract stipulates that the Southwest Institute of Technical Physics will be responsible for the pilot production on a single crystal furnace at Guangming Material Factory. The pass rate of “double-none” Nd: YAG ingot grown in continuous 6 ~ 8 furnace production is 50%.
