死者安某，男，35岁，某锑矿井下锤工，接尘工龄12年。生前诊断为“Ⅱ期矽肺合并肺结核”，死于右心衰竭。经尸检作病理检查和锑及游离二氧化硅含量分析，发现尸检结果与生前诊断相符，各主要器官及矽结节、肺门淋巴结中含有锑、矽结节和肺门淋巴结含有游离二氧化硅。
The dead Anmou, male, 35 years old, a hammer antimony mine workers, dust-year length of 12 years. Prenatal diagnosis of “stage II silicosis with tuberculosis”, died of right heart failure.
