微历史是随着近年微时代而提出的概念,但自有历史以来它就存在,并以局部、零星的方式而存在,作为一种补充、点缀、附属、从属的史料,被裹挟在宏观历史、枢纽历史之中,难以形成集大成的微历史总汇。为更好地丰富和发展历史整体,弥补因微历史发育不足而带来的某些弊端,似应将微历史的建设提高到更高的层面,构筑中国微历史的理论学说、信息集成和学科地位,将对完善历史学体系、纠正千百年来的历史偏失、解决大量历史之谜,提高中国史学的自信心,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
