[目的]探讨分离自大连市开发区2005年和2008年外来人口中2例暴发型脑膜炎死亡病例2株B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌的分子生物学特征及其关联性。[方法]2010年,对2株B群流脑菌株进行脉冲场电泳(PFGE)和多位点序列分型(MLST)分型分析。[结果]2株菌PFGE型相似性为100%,应为同一来源;MLST分析结果均为ST5662型。菌株对青霉素、头孢类、阿齐霉素、氯霉素、利福平等多种抗菌药物敏感。[结论]2株B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌分子分型结果一致,为同一科隆。
[Objective] To explore the molecular biological characteristics and relationship of two Neissez meningitidis serogroup B isolated from two deaths of outbreak meningitis in the migrants from 2005 to 2008 in Dalian Development Zone. [Method] In 2010, PFGE and MLST typing of two strains of B meningitis in Group B were performed. [Result] The similarity of PFGE type of the two strains was 100%, which should be the same source. The results of MLST analysis were all ST5662 type. Strain for penicillin, cephalosporins, azithromycin, chloramphenicol, rifampicin and other antimicrobial susceptibility. [Conclusion] The results of molecular typing of two strains of Neisseria meningitides in Group B were the same, the same Cologne.
