中国民间文学工作者第二次代表大会和第一次代表大会之间,整整间隔二十一年。在这段漫长的日子里,我们的国家在经历多次折腾之后,终于跨进了新的高度——在正确的政治路线和思想路线指引下,为建设现代化的强国而努力。民间文学经历了同样的折腾之后,也应该而且必须进入新的高度。但是,当我读了第二次代表大会的主要报告之后,一个突出的感觉是广大民间文学工作者对这次大会所抱的期望,并没有得到较好的满足,一些在思想上长期盘旋的问题,仍然没有得到较好的解答。在这里,我把初步考虑到的几个问题提出来,与关心民间文学的同志共同探讨。由于我在五十年代末期的一次政治风浪中遭到淹没,和民间文学整
Between the second congress and the first congress of Chinese folk literature workers, a total interval of 21 years. During these long days, our country has finally reached a new height after going through many tormentings - under the guidance of the correct political line and ideological line, and strive for building a modern and powerful nation. Folk literature experienced the same frustration, it should and must enter a new height.
