该项目是俄罗斯近几年的大项目之一,目前仅完成了首期工程。项目占地面积为7公顷,总建筑面积10万M~2。从已竣工的一期工程可以看出建筑师对“莫斯科风格”的追求,以及莫斯科新建筑的某些倾向。该项目计划在11年内完成,庞大的建筑综合体共设计有8个尖塔,一期工程已完成两个尖塔。项目首席建筑师Yu·肯尼多夫斯基是俄罗斯建筑师协会现任主席。
The project is one of the major projects of Russia in recent years. At present, only the first phase of the project has been completed. The project covers an area of 7 hectares and a total construction area of 100,000 M2. The first phase of the completed project shows the architect’s quest for “Moscow style” and certain trends in Moscow’s new buildings. The project is planned to be completed within 11 years. The huge building complex has a total of 8 spires. The first phase of the project has completed two spires. The chief architect of the project, Yu Kennedowski, is the current chairman of the Russian Architects Association.
