在研修班上,我聆听了我的老师——徐卫良教授的讲座。徐教授是心理健康教育方面的专家,听她的课很轻松。看似闲庭信步,实则饱含深意,一个个贴近我们生活实际的小小案例胜过许多高深理论的说教,让我们的内心震撼不已。今天,我就从她在课中提到的“作业孤立”这一案例说起。有一个小学班级,不少孩子经常不交作业,老师们软硬兼施也不见成效,许多老师为此头痛不已。后来终于有一位非常有智慧的老师解决了这一难题。这位老师每次都会在孩子们作业后面
