目前在中等职业学校2+1人才培养模式下,实用型人才的培养是中等职业学校在专业实训教学方面面临的一个问题。本文结合当前中职会计实训教学存在的问题,明确了中职教育会计实训教学改革的指导思想与条件,提出了中职会计实训教学改进的措施与方法:不仅要从课程设置上、还要从师资队伍的建设上,更要从实践上去重视和落实,只有这样才能真正实现实用型人才培养的目标。
At present, under the mode of 2 + 1 talent training in secondary vocational schools, the cultivation of practical talents is a problem faced by secondary vocational schools in the field of professional practical teaching. In this paper, the current problems in vocational accounting teaching practice, clear the teaching ideology and conditions of the teaching reform of secondary vocational education, and put forward the measures and methods to improve the teaching of vocational accounting training: not only from the curriculum, But also from the construction of teaching staff, but also from practice to attach importance to and implement, the only way to truly achieve the goal of practical personnel training.
