本文用剥谱方法来解析复杂的穆斯堡尔谱。先从复杂谱中分出一种可能的已知物相物质,若剩余谱仍很复杂,可用相似的方法剥去第二种、第三种物相物质,直到变成较简单的谱,最后采用简单物相谱最小二乘拟合方法来拟合它,求出未知物相谱的特征参数及各物相相对含量。 此方法已用于“DJS-21”型小容量计算机上。剥谱工作也可在TRS-80或EG3003型微处理机上进行。待分析的复杂谱、剥离的可能的物相谱以及经剥离后剩下的未知物相谱的谱形都可在显示器上清楚地显示出来。
This article uses the stripping method to analyze the complex Mossbauer spectrum. First, a complex known from the spectral separation of a known material phase, if the remaining spectrum is still very complex, similar methods can be used to strip the second and third phase material until it becomes a simple spectrum, and finally Fitting it with the method of least squares fitting of simple phase spectrum and obtaining the characteristic parameters of the unknown phase spectrum and the relative content of each phase. This method has been used on “DJS-21” small capacity computers. Stripping work can also be performed on TRS-80 or EG3003 microprocessors. The complex spectrum to be analyzed, the possible phase spectrum of the lift-off, and the spectrum of the unidentified phase spectrum remaining after the lift-off can all be clearly displayed on the display.
