美国通用电缆是全球500强公司之一,总部位于肯塔基州的海兰黑茨,在全球能源、工业、特种、建筑及通讯市场所用的铜、铝、光纤导线和线缆产品的开发、设计、制造、市场和销售等方面,处于全球领导地位。美国通用电缆于2012年通过收购拥有了在华的全资子公司,全面进入中国市场。公司全球总裁及首席执行官Gregory Kenny于4月中旬首度访问其在华全资子公司,期间希望与中国媒体做面对面交流,介绍美国通用电缆及未来在华发展战略。

American General Cable acquired a wholly-owned subsidiary in China through acquisition in 2012, fully entering the Chinese market. During the first visit to its wholly-owned subsidiary in China during mid-April, Gregory Kenny, the company’s worldwide president and CEO, hoped to have face-to-face exchanges with the Chinese media to introduce the U.S. general cable and its future growth strategy in China.
