1971年1月生于山东临沂。中国美术家协会会员,山东省美术家协会副秘书长,山东电视台“时代美术”主编,中国书画艺术博览会总策划、艺术总监,“韩墨”网艺术总监。韩墨在山东画坛的崛起是一个值得思考的现象。作为画家,他正成为当代花鸟画领域探索革新的中坚健将,作为美术活动家,他对当代美术的责任感,将他与美术发展和产业化进程中的诸多事件紧密联系在一起。
