一、重视情感投入,建立师生和谐平等关系俗话说:“亲其师,信其道。”英语中也有一句谚语:“Love me,love my dog。”因此,教师必须与学生建立一种平等合作的朋友关系,构建一种和谐互信的课堂气氛,用真挚的爱去激发学生对知识的兴趣和学习的热情。教师应当通过多种方式(面谈、书信、问候、英语角等),争取更多与学生进行心与心交流的机会,从而建立起师生融洽的
First, attach importance to emotional investment and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. As the saying goes, “Professional teachers believe in their ways.” There is also a proverb in English: “Love me, love my dog.” Therefore, teachers must work with students. Establish an equal and cooperative friend relationship, build a classroom atmosphere of harmony and mutual trust, and use genuine love to inspire students’ interest in knowledge and enthusiasm for learning. Teachers should strive for more opportunities for heart-to-heart communication with students through various means (interviews, letters, greetings, English corners, etc.) to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
