报道了新城疫病毒州(NDV)中国标准强毒F48)E8株血凝素-神经氨酸酶(HN)基因的核苷酸序列及据此推导的氨基酸序列。该基因长1860bp,编码区长1713bp,编码571个氨基酸。氨基酸序列中,有一由23个氨基酸组成的疏水性跨膜结构、13个半胱氨酸残基和5个可糖基化位点。F(48)E8株与Italien株、TexasGB株的氨基酸同源性分别为93.3%和91.1%。
The nucleotide sequence of hemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN) gene of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) Chinese standard virulent F48 strain E8 and the deduced amino acid sequence were reported. The gene is 1860 bp in length and encodes a 1713 bp region encoding 571 amino acids. In the amino acid sequence, there is a hydrophobic transmembrane structure consisting of 23 amino acids, 13 cysteine residues and 5 glycosylation sites. The amino acid homologies between the F (48) E8 strain and the Italien and TexasGB strains were 93.3% and 91.1%, respectively.
