全电调节无级变速器(EM-CVT)采用单电机作为动力源,通过控制电机转角实现速比调节。从提高EM-CVT速比控制系统稳定性和控制精度出发,设计了粒子群优化模糊PID速比控制策略;建立模糊PID速比控制器的模型,引入粒子群优化算法优化模糊PID控制器中的因子,实现速比控制系统的优化。仿真结果表明,采用粒子群优化模糊PID控制系统,可以提高系统的控制精度,改善速比跟踪性能。
The all-electric continuously variable transmission (EM-CVT) uses a single motor as the power source, and the speed ratio is adjusted by controlling the motor rotation angle. In order to improve the stability and control precision of EM-CVT speed control system, a particle swarm optimization fuzzy PID speed ratio control strategy is designed. The model of fuzzy PID speed ratio controller is established. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize fuzzy PID controller Factor, to achieve speed control system optimization. Simulation results show that the particle swarm optimization fuzzy PID control system can improve the system control accuracy and improve the speed ratio tracking performance.
