热等静压对复杂元件进行扩散连接而保持原形状,并且接缝达到完全的冶金结合。本文讨论了带若干个小孔的厚为0.2mm的不锈钢薄片的热等静压扩散连接试验,对连接试样的外观及连接界区的显微组织进行了检验,并测定了界区及其附近母体的显微硬度。结果表明,在压力112MPa左右,温度为1050℃左右,保持3h的条件下,可使不锈钢片之间达到冶金结合,有跨界面新晶粒生成,接缝处的显微硬度与母体相似,并且小孔仍然保持通畅。
Hot isostatic pressing diffuses and joins complex components while maintaining their original shape, and the joint achieves complete metallurgical bonding.
