利用三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯 (TMPTA)的溶液聚合反应 ,结合多次乳化技术 ,制备出了惯性约束聚变低温冷冻靶用泡沫空心微球 ,密度约为 5 0mg/cm3 ,微球直径 15 0~ 3 0 0 μm ,最大球径可达 40 0 μm以上 ,球形度好于 95 % ,泡沫蜂窝直径 2~ 5 μm。
The foam hollow microspheres for inertial confinement fusion cryogenic freezing target were prepared by solution polymerization of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) combined with multiple emulsification techniques. The density was about 50 mg / cm3 and the diameter of the microspheres was 15 0 ~ 300 μm, the largest diameter up to 40 0 μm, sphericity better than 95%, foam honeycomb diameter 2 ~ 5 μm.
