铅为重要的有毒重金属污染物之一,可对心血管系统、神经系统、泌尿系统、生殖系统、免疫系统等造成损伤。铅造成损伤的机制主要有影响钙离子(Ca2+)通道,导致细胞凋亡,造成氧化损伤等多方面,针对铅损伤机制筛选合适的铅拮抗剂是目前的研究热点。本文为了解相关拮抗机制,总结了近年来的相关报道,发现仅有小部分天然化合物具有直接促排铅效果,而大部分天然化合物是通过维持机体的氧化/抗氧化平衡及抗炎症损伤作用来拮抗铅毒性,因此我们认为需要从具有抗炎、抗氧化功效的天然成分中筛选合适的铅及其他相似重金属拮抗剂。
Lead is one of the important toxic heavy metal pollutants and can cause damage to the cardiovascular system, nervous system, urinary system, reproductive system and immune system. The mechanism of lead injury mainly affects the calcium ion (Ca2 +) channel, leading to cell apoptosis, resulting in oxidative damage and many other aspects. Screening for appropriate lead antagonists against lead injury mechanism is the current research hotspot. In this paper, to understand the mechanism of antagonism, summarize the relevant reports in recent years and found that only a small part of the natural compounds have a direct lead-induced lead effect, and most of the natural compounds through the body’s oxidation / antioxidant balance and anti-inflammatory damage Therefore, we think it is necessary to screen for suitable lead and other similar heavy metal antagonists from natural ingredients that have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects.
