该文就近10余年来国内外在针灸与肥大细胞相关性研究方面的文献作了回顾,综述了针灸对经穴和疾病病灶部位肥大细胞的影响,及针灸防治肥大细胞相关疾病的最新进展,并结合以往的研究,分析了可能的机制.目前针灸对肥大细胞作用的机制仍不清楚,肥大细胞在针灸防治疾病中的作用和灸法对肥大细胞作用及机制的研究尤为欠缺,有待进一步研究和完善.“,”The present paper reviews the researches on the correlativity between acupuncture-moxibustion and mast cells in past over ten years at home and abroad from the effects of acupuncture-moxibustion on mast cells in acupoints and foci,and the new advances of acupuncture-moxibustion in prevention and treatment of mast cell-related diseases,and analyses on possible mechanisms in combination with previous studies.At present,the mechanism of acupuncture-moxibustion action on mast cells still is unclear,particularly,the role of mast cells in acupuncture-moxibustion preventing and treating diseases,and the effects of moxibustion on mast cells and the mechanism remain to be further studied and perfected.
