对无损评价的服务内容、手段、基本过程及其内涵进行分析。对无损评价与无损检测的关系进行研究。研究表明，无损评价具备综合性、预见性、实证性、导向性、客观公正性等诸多特征，是一门综合性的应用科学技术。在无损评价过程中，无损检测是获取实证性信息数据的主要手段。无损评价需要无损检测的结果作为支撑，却又超越了无损检测的范畴。
The service content, means, basic process and connotation of non-destructive evaluation are analyzed. The relationship between non-destructive evaluation and nondestructive testing is studied. The research shows that non-destructive evaluation is a comprehensive applied science and technology with many features such as comprehensiveness, predictability, positivity, orientation and objective fairness. In the process of non-destructive evaluation, non-destructive testing is the main means of obtaining empirical information data. Non-destructive evaluation requires the result of non-destructive testing as a support, but beyond the scope of non-destructive testing.
