印楝油复合物对雌性小鼠的抗生育作用及机理的探讨

目的:探讨印楝油复合物对小鼠的抗生育作用。方法:昆明种雌性小鼠分别每日灌胃含1ml/kg、1.5ml/kg和2ml/kg的印楝油复合物的1%羧甲基纤维素(CMC),灌胃1周后,与正常性成熟雄鼠合笼。雌鼠继续受试至19d,剖检受试雌鼠,统计受孕率,并采集卵巢、子宫和肝脏、脾脏、心脏、肺脏、肾脏组织固定,进行病理学研究,计算小鼠脾脏脏器指数和肉芽肿。同时进行抗着床、抗早孕、抗中期和抗晚期试验。所有试验均设对照值,相应地给予等量的1%CMC灌胃。结果:印楝油复合物具有显著的抗着床和抗早孕作用,较好的抗中期和晚期妊娠作用。对卵巢和子宫有一定程度的损伤,卵泡细胞发生变性、坏死、炎性细胞浸润,子宫炎性水肿,大量白细胞渗出。心、肺和肾无明显病变,肝和脾组织中大量巨噬细胞浸润。对脾脏脏器指数影响显著,具有一定的抗炎作用。结论:印楝油复合物具有明显的抗生育作用,其作用机制一方面可能是通过影响卵泡细胞的代谢过程,导致代谢障碍而致使卵泡细胞发生变性、坏死;另一方面,可能与局部细胞免疫介导有关。 Objective: To investigate the anti-fertility effects of neem oil complex on mice. It has a significant effect on spleen visceral index and has a certain anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusion: The neem oil complex has obvious anti-fertility effects. Its mechanism may be that it may affect the metabolic process of follicular cells and lead to metabolic disorders, resulting in degeneration and necrosis of follicular cells; on the other hand, it may be related to local cellular immunity.
