一、引言小麦辐射育种具有可以获得早熟、抗倒、丰产和优质新品种的优点。这些性状,有的属于数量遗传,容易受环境影响,因此,给辐射育种中对突变株的正确有效的选择,带来许多困难。我们对辐射小麦突变株主要性状世代间的遗传力、遗传相关、遗传进度和遗传的变异系数作了初步研究,并比较了一些估测方法,考查了这些估值在选择实践上的意义,为小麦辐射育种工作中对突变株更为正确有效的选择提供参考。
I. INTRODUCTION Wheat radiation breeding has the advantages of getting early maturity, lodging resistance, high yield and high quality new varieties. These traits, some of which are quantitatively inherited, are easily affected by the environment and therefore pose many difficulties for the correct and efficient selection of mutant strains in radiation breeding. We conducted a preliminary study on heritability, genetic correlation, genetic progress and genetic coefficient of variation of major traits of mutant wheat and compared some estimation methods to examine the significance of these estimates in the selection practice Wheat radiation breeding work on mutant strains more correct and effective selection for reference.
