目的探讨军队离退休干部对住院期间医疗服务工作的满意度情况,并针对性解决存在的问题。方法采用自行设计的《医疗服务满意情况调查表》对住院离退休干部进行满意度调查,调查内容包括医生诊疗、护理服务、后勤保障、其他服务和总体满意度等5个方面。结果离退休干部对医疗服务总体质量非常认可,满意度达4.28,其中非常满意有88人(35.6%),满意有141人(57.1%)。调查项目中满意度较高的是医生履行知情同意的规定、护理技术水平和在病室呼叫能及时得到帮助,其满意度都在4.30以上;满意度较低的是治疗效果、伙食服务及入院等待,分别为3.99、3.98、3.94。结论通过提高医务人员专业技术水平、缩短入院等待时间及提高伙食质量等措施可有效提高离退休干部的住院满意度。
Objective To explore the satisfaction of retired military officers with medical service during hospitalization and to solve the existing problems in a targeted manner. Methods Satisfaction survey of retired hospitalized patients was conducted by using self-designed questionnaire of satisfaction with medical services. The survey included five aspects: doctor’s consultation, nursing service, logistics support, other services and overall satisfaction. Results Retired cadres highly recognized the overall quality of medical services, with a satisfaction rate of 4.28, of whom 88 were very satisfied (35.6%) and 141 were satisfied (57.1%). Satisfaction of the survey items is the doctor to fulfill the provisions of informed consent, nursing skills and call in the ward can get help in time, the satisfaction is 4.30 or more; less satisfaction is the treatment effect, food service and admission waiting , Respectively, 3.99,3.98,3.94. Conclusion The measures to improve the professional and technical level of medical personnel, shorten the admission waiting time and improve the quality of meals can effectively improve the hospitalization satisfaction of retired cadres.
