邹城市公共卫生事业53年的发展,历经“防病治病、改革发展、二次创业”三阶段,无不秉承着以人为本、改革创新、与时俱进、追求卓越的核心理念,凝练出“团结、奋进、务实、高效”和“特别能吃苦、特别能战斗、特别能奉献”的老防疫精神,明确了“科学理站、科技强站、文化兴站、廉勤保站”的发展战略,造就了一支爱岗敬业、诚实守信、遵纪守法、廉洁奉公的敬业团队,实现了公共卫生事业的可持续发展。
