随着全球化竞争的加剧,人才的需求成为经济发展的瓶颈。尽管近年来我国的大学升学率逐年提高,但是过于机械化的教育体制仍然无法改变缺乏全面性人才的市场现状,特别是高职院校体育教学方式上的落后。由于教育观念无法与市场接轨,致使高职院校的体育教育仍然停留在单纯的运动技能传授思路上。职业性体育教育作为一种潮流,凸显了教育的人性化和职业化特征,因此我们应该根据我国的高职教育现状,在高职院校的体育教学中大力推广。
With the intensification of global competition, the demand for talent has become the bottleneck of economic development. Although the enrollment rate of universities in our country has been increasing year by year in recent years, the over-mechanized education system still can not change the current lack of comprehensive talent market status, especially the backwardness of physical education methods in higher vocational colleges. As the concept of education can not be in line with the market, resulting in the vocational college physical education is still stuck in a simple thinking of motor skills to teach. Vocational sports education as a trend, highlighting the humane and professional characteristics of education, so we should be in accordance with the status quo of higher vocational education in our country, vigorously promote the physical education in higher vocational colleges.
