新世纪的曙光已喷薄而出,二十一世纪将是一个全球化的知识经济时代。知识经济是主要依靠知识创新,知识创造性的应用和知识广泛传播而发展的经济。知识经济时代的竞争,主要是学习知识、应用知识、创新知识的竞争,会学习将成为人们必须具备的基本素质。联合国教科文组织曾在一份报告中指出:二十一世纪的文盲将不再是不识字的人,而是不会学习的人。因此,在物理课中实施素质教育,必须重视对学生学习能力的培养。
The dawn of the new century has spewed out and the 21st century will be a global era of knowledge economy. The knowledge economy is an economy that mainly depends on knowledge innovation, the application of knowledge creativity, and the widespread dissemination of knowledge. The competition in the era of knowledge economy is mainly the competition of learning knowledge, application knowledge, and innovation knowledge. Learning will become the basic quality that people must possess. In a report from UNESCO, it was pointed out that illiteracy in the 21st century will no longer be illiterate people, but people who will not learn. Therefore, in the implementation of quality education in physics classes, we must pay attention to the cultivation of students’ learning ability.
